The Western Washington Fruit Research Foundation (WWFRF) presents hands on espalier workshop in the WWFRF demonstration fruit garden, Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 11 am until 3 pm at the Washington State University Mount Vernon Northwestern Washington Research and Extension Center (WSU Mount Vernon NWREC), 16650 State Route 536, Mount Vernon, Washington.

Hosted in cooperation with WSU Mount Vernon NWREC, Kristan Johnson, our fruit garden committee chair, will lead a hands-on espalier workshop. Bring your pruners and come and participate in this unique opportunity to learn how to prune and shape over 1,000 feet of espalier fruit trees in the six acre fruit garden.
