Confused by proper watering techniques and how to make it easier and more effective?
Jeff Thompson will discuss proper watering and the basics of drip irrigation at the Snohomish County Fruit Society meeting at the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish. A brief business meeting will precede the presentation.
Jeff Thompson is a lifelong gardener, who began growing tomatoes at age 8. Jeff became a Snohomish County Master Gardener shortly after retiring and moving here from Texas in 2002. He has a small irrigation business which specializes in drip irrigation, and he teaches low volume (drip irrigation) at Edmonds Community College and for WSU Extension. Besides soils and proper watering, his passions include greenhouse management, propagation, and tomatoes! He is also attempting to become a better beekeeper.
