Late summer is a great time to prune fruit trees. Some experts say it’s the only time. Learn why from BillWanless (left), owner of brooke/wanless gardens and an ISA-certified arborist. Bill will address pruning equipment, basic cuts, and the reasons for pruning in late summer.
This class is part of the Second Sunday (and One Saturday) Series of fruit tree care classes put on by City People’s Garden Store and City Fruit. The workshop is free: call City People’s at 206-324-0737 or email them at gardenstore@citypeoples.com to register.
